Hey guys,

Ready to finally get my Dart Swinger insured for this year. One thing though, I got my quote from Hagerty and all, but they will only cover me for few pleasure drives and also only on ways to car shows and stuff...So I can pretty much never drive it to school or anywhere else thats not a show and what not. Anybody know any insurance at the same price as Hagerty but will cover regular driving? And I cant do Grundy either since I dont have a garage I can park it in...Thanks in advance!

Do you have another car that is your primary driver or are you saying ins inexpensive like Hagerty for a primary driver?

i have state farm.. but i am considering switching.. i have 5 cars.. can only drive one at a time...

I have a little Honda Accord as my daily driver. Im just really upset that HAgerty wont cover me for driving to school..I want to show it off lol

I use Hagerty but I have another primary vehicle.. I'm not sure any collector insurance will let you drive it to school so you may have to go with a conventional firm...

not going to happen... you'll need a locked garage and a primary vehicle to get classic car insurance and the cheap full coverage rate.. only other option is just liability on the car.. if it gets hit its a loss though..

Me and my family use AAA Classic for the classic cars. Its ridiculous to use Hagerty with their limits. AAA has an appraiser come out, you settle on a value, then drive as many miles you like. Plus I think it was $140 a year for my Challenger valued at 30k and I could drive it as much as I wanted. The Challenger, my moms 440 Cuda, my 48 Plymouth, and 54 Chevy are all under the AAA Classic Car Insurance.

I have Hagerty from my independent agent. $20,000.00 replacement coverage on my 73 Duster. No restrictions. If I break down on the side of the road I just call and they send a tow truck.

Grundy on my 66, and nationwide on Ramcharger and Avenger

I have 7 vehicle and 4 are classics which are insured by American Modern Insurance Co. The four, 2 Signets, 69 GMC and a slammed 66 VW cost me a total of 250. a year with full coverage and a limit of 5000 miles per year. I am the only driver on 6 of them, which I drive all of them weekly :)

USAA. My rates are low, wife keeps getting rear ended though...there is a joke in there somewhere. Literally, wifey has been rear ended 3 times while sitting at stoplights in the last 8 years.
