Mr. Bill sir, this pic you posted is the ebay pic of the actual handle i have in question here.
i am starting to think it is a GM unit. not sure why it would have the same part number stamped in it but from the research i am doing im finding that GM units historically have coarse threads for the shifter ball.
it dont look heated or bent but more like it was made like that.
i am considering doing the unthinkable.......i am considering ways that i can bend it to suit my application.....im thinking heat and a strong guy and it might still be usable in my dart.
