I believe that top handle is for 65-66 a bodies. Same for the one on ebay. I've had a 65 and a 66 dart, both with 4 speeds. Both had this handle. Now, was it correct on these cars? I'm not 100% sure but that is one hell of a coincidence...
from what i have seen 65 /66 cars are the same handle as later car only different is 65/66 were the bolt on type and the later (68-72) were push in bayonet type
