Rims who makes them?

I like these rims can anyone tell who makes them? And if you can get them in a 15x4 and a 15x9. Thanks for the help.

Not sure but those look like a wheel previously made by Weld Racing - sorry, don't remember the style name. I checked the Weld Racing website and don't see that design so they may no longer make them.
Suggestion: check out Centerline at http://centerlinewheels.com/ for wheels that are still made here in the USA (Santa Fe Springs, SoCal). They've got a bunch of different designs that meet your size requirements if 4.5" bolt pattern. They only have a couple that are 4" bolt pattern.
I originally wanted American Torq Thrust wheels for my Dart several years ago but ended up going with a Centerline design when I found out Americans were manufactured in China.
