Cragar re-released the small bolt pattern cragars a few years back.I think it was a limited run,can you buy these wheels new anywhere?Any other small bolt after market wheels out there?

You are correct they were producing lots of small numbers [based upon amount of orders] Cragars are still available from Summit i beleve, also Ansen wheels still make the sprint slotted mag,Coy wheels are the new style offering small bolt pattern 5 spoke wheels [but are only offered in 17 inch i beleve].
 
Centerline Is what I have on My Small bolt Duster They do still sell them
As Dustoff440 said Wheel Vintiques makes them too
Getting ready to order 2 Wheel Vintiques for My Dads Small Bolt Duster
Summit has both of them I was just looking
