318 bellhouse and flywheel?

The bell housings are different. My 67 Barracuda 273-2bbl 4-speed used an Auburn style 9 1/2 inch clutch and a 123 tooth flywheel. The 318/4-speed combinations use a borg & beck style 10 1/2 inch clutch and 143 tooth flywheel. The flywheel is larger to accommodate the larger clutch disk and pressure plate and therefore the bell housing is different as well to move the starter farther away from the engine to work with the bigger flywheel. I'm sure the z-bar is a little shorter as well. You can use the smaller bell housing and same 123 tooth flywheel and move up to a 10 inch clutch. That is what I did to eliminate trying to find all those parts to do the swap.
