LA - Magnum & Non-Magnum Info needed

Please forgive my lack of knowledge but will be needing to buy some high end valves soon for my [3.9 V6 Non-Magnum ] build-up yes you heard right V6 build-up . Please educate me I have 1988 3.9 V6 heads [Non-Magnum ] and I was told I could buy 318 valves for same year and they will work is this correct ? Are 1988 v8 and v6 valve stem dia the same also does the Magnum 1992 and newer v6 & v8 have same valve dia as the 1987 - 1991 V6 and V8 motors - thanks for any help gents !!!:violent1:

Magnums,different animal entirely. Check out the 302 v8 "swirl port " casting valves. Same year as yours. I'm thinking,88 318 "dimplomat/ 5th avenue." lookup. Best of luck.
