5.7 with hilborn injection

There are a number of companies that make Individual Throttle Body kits for the Gen III Hemi. Though I know of no company that is making a dedicated mechanical fuel injection setup, you might consider contacting Hilborn's technical representative to clarify if their electronic setup could be modified for use as a mechanical setup.

If you were to adapt a mechanical fuel injection setup you would need to use a standalone controller like the one from MSD for your ignition as the Gen III hemi doesn't have provision for a mechanical distributor.

If you look at the Uhcoog1's setup it appears as though it is a mechanical setup with the fuel lines running to the outside of the throttle bodies. These "fuel" lines are actually vacuum lines that allow for sending the manifold vacuum signal to the computer. The lines give the setup the old school mechanical fuel injection look.

Here is a list of some of the companies that sell Individual Throttle Body Systems for the Gen III Hemi:

Keep in mind when pricing various systems that listed prices frequently don't include the price of the ECM.

Finally in my opinion you would be much better off with electronic fuel injection as opposed to mechanical fuel injection.

Best of Luck with your Project.
