First off let me start by saying already have a 69 Swinger in pieces probably don't need to be pondering this. I hope this all makes sense somewhat.
I have " found " a 67 Dart ragtop that has been sitting since 1986, have talked to the owner and got some questions answered but have a lot more and don't want to show my cards to early. The car is covered under a shabby tarp and have seen parts of the car but just the ones that are stick out from under the tarp somewhat, it has a Gt trunk panel on it but it also has GTS emblems on the fenders, the car is a V8 car according to the owner but he can't remember the size and as of yet have not opened the hood, the car is pretty much sitting on its belly ( remember parked in 86) so can't tell from underneath either. What are the odds it's a big block car ? It's a buckets console car. It also has a power lump hood ? I guess my questions are what does the GTS option add and the power bulge hood have me real interested. It's going to need a FULL resto but would make a real nice car when done. I believe the car is all original and untouched as its still with the first owner. Please give me your thoughts and knowledge.
