radio option

Just got this email from Retro Radio:

The price you were looking at, i.e. $160, is for a restoration which would take your radio back to the original AM.

A conversion, that is changing out the old electronics and installing a specially designed computer board, gives your radio AM/FM digital stereo and includes jacks in the back into which you can plug your iPod, MP3, satellite radio, etc. With a conversion, your radio retains the original AM look, but when you turn it on it comes on as FM. A standard conversion runs $395. If you look at the bottom of the homepage, you’ll see where you can click to get more info about conversions.
