Brand loyalty

Talk about brand loyalty...my dad gave me two middle names: Roy (his name) and Harley(his bike!). Even better is my brother named my niece Hemi!

That's hilarious! Y'know, my buddy named his daughters Dana and Kelsey. After a few years I would tease his wife and tell her he named them that b/c Dana made the best rear ends and Kelsey-Hayes brakes are legendary. She just stared at me......and then him, like..."are you serious?" LMAO :violent1:

I don't really have any deep brand loyalty. We never owned a Mopar when I was a kid growing up, just GM stuff. I didn't own a Mopar until I bought an A-100 pickup and then noticed that I liked how it was put together.....plus I loved it b/c it was weird as hell. But there are plenty of American classic cars I'd own. I find it interesting to compare them.

Tell ya what, though.....if one compares a nova, falcon and a dart, the quality, engineering and overall "beefiness" of the Mopar really shines through. New cars? I dunno. Whole different story.
