Brand loyalty

That's hilarious! Y'know, my buddy named his daughters Dana and Kelsey. After a few years I would tease his wife and tell her he named them that b/c Dana made the best rear ends and Kelsey-Hayes brakes are legendary. She just stared at me......and then him, like..."are you serious?" LMAO :violent1:

I don't really have any deep brand loyalty. We never owned a Mopar when I was a kid growing up, just GM stuff. I didn't own a Mopar until I bought an A-100 pickup and then noticed that I liked how it was put together.....plus I loved it b/c it was weird as hell. But there are plenty of American classic cars I'd own. I find it interesting to compare them.

Tell ya what, though.....if one compares a nova, falcon and a dart, the quality, engineering and overall "beefiness" of the Mopar really shines through. New cars? I dunno. Whole different story.

Those are pretty cool names! My brother enjoys the fact that anytime he takes his daughter someplace, whether it's in his Dart Sport, 67 Dodge truck, his Durango (I am noticing a pattern...) he can truthfully say "yeah, it's got a Hemi in it." LOL
