The smallest carb Edel makes is a 500cfm. That's what I run on my Dart.
I ran this carb (box stock) on a stock motor with a header,and it ran fine.
I think a 500 Ede would run great on your car.
Back in the day Carter made a carb right around 400cfm,for the Hyper Pac.
Good luck finding one of those,I have seen exactly 1.

The Holley 390 is an excellent choice for the slant. Obviously you have to be familiar with Holleys to tune them.
I prefer the all around ease/performance of the Edel carbs. Call me crazy.....:glasses7:
