Ya..........KNOW.................that brings forth an idea...............Why couldn't a guy mill the slots of the Mopar distributors wider and longer and then USE bushings to adjust?
Can you give me dimensions of the bushing mount, and MSD slots?
Not real feasible IMO. The pin size of the weight is pretty big. You'd have to open up the slot quite a bit and maybe use an offset/oval style bushing.
You get word out about the bushings and price it reasonable, you'll sell a bunch! Honest, you could sell them for $8-10 each and sell them all day long is my guess. Stick with your custom for $15...
I was going to do this, making them in 16-14-12-10 sizing. That should cover almost any situation without much altering to the base distributor. You could make a 6-8 degree too, would definitely need the sides shaved.
