quick mighty Tonka preservation resto

i started out with this 1972 xmb-975 diesel mighty Tonka dump truck in rough shape i bought from the original owner's yard sale for $10 after looking into it before messing up a potentially valuable toy i discovered something about this Tonka its a 1972 based on the shape of the hood sticker (wasn't there but the sticky kept the shape)the grill was plastic with a metal bumper (stooped in 72 bumper and grill became one piece& plastic) but......the wheels should be all black with raised lettering and this one has white letter makes it a rare or late edition 72 with 73 wheels haven't looked how common that mistake is yet need a guide. just that original without the mistake its worth 60-90$

so all i wanted to do to this thing is keep the originality of the truck and keep the patina and wear and tear so i gave it a though cleaning with sos pads taped everything off and touched the bad rusty parts with a small brush of ospho and cleared everything it came out great i even put some tire shine on the Lil tractor tires . my son is happy with it even though hes 4months he was touching it an looking at it i know that every boy needs a original metal Tonka.:prayer:
