Housing is from a no rust, Calif. car, so the metal was super clean and not rust pitted; now gloss black. I prepared this rear for NHRA "stock" class, but it was never used.

I had a fill bung and a drain bung installed with aluminum fill caps. It has Mark Williams axles, splined for a regular, stock third member. They have new, "green" bearings and 4.5 bolt circle with long studs. It has all new 10 x 2.5 brakes: New drums; shoes; cylinders; hardware kit. Includes e-brake cables.

This was put together a number of years ago, all new, never used except bolted in the car and used to roll the car around from garage to warehouse, to garage. Could use a little cleaning and the rubber cups in the cylinders should probably be replaced before using.

The Mark Williams axles would cost $606 pr. new today; asking $750 firm for the whole thing (no third member). Located in East Bay, S.F. Calif. area. Will not ship complete package. Northern Calif. sale only for complete package. Will sell axles or brakes separate and willing to ship those, but buyer pays shipping. See pics and further posting below.

I'm going to be moving in the near future and don't want to take this with me, so I've lowered the asking price and I'm willing to break this up into smaller packages:

Bare housing - $300
Mark Williams axles w/green bearings - $300
Complete, new brakes - $150

Buyer pays shipping, but am willing to meet with someone in the greater SF bay area for delivery. Will not ship housing.

That is a beautiful set up as well as price!

I couldn't agree more, but you'd be surprised of the low ball offers coming in, or wanting me to pay the shipping, etc. Crazy stuff...
Nice parts and a good price but lowballing is par for the course here-don't let it bother you

Great deal! I know first hand buying everything new, plus labor it would cost a lot more than your asking price. I like that you added a fill and drain to it. Here's a bump to another local member! GLWS!

That is an awesome deal. Especially on those Mark Willaim Axles! I have a pair and worth every penny and with those three inch studs!

I am interested and will send a PM

I sent you a PM, call me and we'll get this together as I will drive there this weekend
