Best garage floor paint?????
Acid stain with clear coat and silica sand mixed. Its driven on, spilled on, and always cleans with just a simple mopping. My building has a 22inch stem wall, because I flood irrigate, and I had it stained only, and it is much lighter. The color is coke(so when wet, it looks fairly dark). This was done about 6/7yrs ago, and cost about $600 back then.
