Need help with 308 headwork

So I just recently bought a 360 that I'm going through believe its an 89-92 block/head. I'm getting ready to have all the machine work done and need some advice on how far I should take these things. Does anyone have or know if they have porting templates or what areas benefit the most grinding from. I'm looking to do these fairly low buck because I'm spending all my cash on my other motor build. I recently bought a new roller cam for it from whitepunk very mild and am slapping in some flat tops. Aside from that its going to be a real mild street and maybe a 1/4 blast here and there in my 65 hardtop. If I'm shelling out a grand to make these work good ill just buy some eddys. Oh yea, valve springs, which are sufficient with a roller cam right at .500? Thanks.
