Oh this is totally different than what I (and I think everyone else) was thinking. I'm not 100% sure from that pic, but I believe that's just pinstriping. You could have it painted or use the fine line pinstriping tape. I don't know that I'd do either of those to your car either, but neither one would do any serious damage to the car. I think it might look good though, set off all the black I guess.
