I attended a car show once that was mostly rice burners. They gave my car a trophy and announced it as a Plymouth GTO. When I told them it was a GTX, they said they thought it was a typo because they never heard of one before.

One day as I came out of the post office, a little old lady of about 75 was standing next to my GTX when I got back and she asked me if my car was brand new because it was beautiful! I told her "no, it's 40 years old". She then told me that it was the nicest car she had seen in a loooonnnnnnngggggggg while. I loved that comment!

I do get a lot of thumbs up in both the GTX and Cuda. Seems that chicks like the Cuda, but only guys like the GTX (unless the chick is 75 apparently).

The only thing that bothers me is the POS Chevelle or Mustang (unrestored) parked next to mine gets more attention than either of my cars, even though mine are gorgeous and rare. But then I remember that the average American is an ................
