Yeah, sure looks like it Kevin. Not sure what happened to the whole deal after the 2012 elections. The guy who originally got the ball rolling was defeated in his bid for a state representative seat in Sacramento. I just visited the old website that had been started for this project and there hadn't been any activity on it for about 9 months.
