Just got me a really nice 68 dart gt. All new car, with all the side molding holes welded shut. Never a rust bucket!! aluminum headed 440, 3200 stall, 727 with reverse manual valve body , 3:91 spool, Car is painted Gold and 95% together, every single part including dash trim has been rechromed or re anodized. Never been fired up yet. Never even had gas in it yet! All new interior. My question is who would you recommend to get an appraisal on this car in the Joppa md 21085 area? Got approx. $42.000.00 invested but ''I know'' it would never sell for that. Selling due to a business opportunity. Looking for $27.500.00 or best offer. This is my first Mopar so I don't know who to consult!!!

Sorry,I'm new to this forum. I guess I asked this question in the wrong place. Please feel free to delete it and I will post the question elsewhere. I'm a computer idiot and don't know how to post pics. That's why I was asking for someone local to look at it. Sorry again!!

its easy , upload the pics to your computer. at the bottom next to "post quick reply" , you have the option to click on "go advanced" , scroll down and click on "upload pics" . another window will open to let you "browse files" , find your pics and hit upload, and then click save in your post.

If that fails, you could always e-mail them to me and i will resize them and post them for you. I've done this for a few members on here.
Just p.m. me for my e-mail address and i'll do it for you.

Sounds like you are asking for a WIW (what its worth)...

If the car is not running and driving, it is an under $20K car. If running and driving might be over $20K as 95% restored.

If the car is not running and driving, the timeline point you are in right now during your cars restoration/modification is about the worst point financially to sell the car.

Thanks Dartnut I will try and get the pics. to you by this weekend when I get it out of the trailer. Went to a local car cruise and found an appraiser and a few possible buyers. First one that looked at it made me a pretty good offer, just waiting for the other 2 to show up. Didn't realize pics. would be needed to find an appraiser. ''Nobody'' can tell what a car is worth by pictures! Thanks again Dartnut.
