Who sells A body wiper inserts

I checked with my local NAPA. Guy was kind of lost. He needed a part #. How the hell should I know, isnt that your job?
 
I got mine from the Napa store my place of work owns. Part # is WIP601537. They are the insert with the holder that clips onto the arm.
