List The Mopars You Missed Out On...

A couple...

My grandmother's 1971 Chrysler T&C 3-row wagon--I drove it many times but never owned it. Dark Green over black, PS, PB, A/C, had a potent 440 TNT, the HD suspension & tow package...when it needed brakes, my uncle and I installed police-spec metallic linings. (Mechanically, it was pretty much a CHP car without the black steering wheel!) She sold it, I wanted it, but was persuaded by my uncle to not get it because it needed work i couldn't do or afford to have done. (In hindsight, he's right.) Happy ending: it was sold to a guy who loved C-bodies (he came to look at it in a mid-60's Imperial), he repaired it and still has it.

Odd one: 1977 (might have been 78) Dodge D-150 pickup...2WD, longbed, seemed like an ordinary enough truck...except that it had power locks and windows, factory air, cloth seat (though no carpet)...and hey, that's a 440 under the hood! I called the guy about 50 times, but nobody ever answered. It was eventually sold, no idea what happened to it. :(
