I would say if it was a Hi-impact color (maybe sub-lime) with the original drivetrain, $5K wouldn't be out of line. That would be a car worth restoring to somebody. And a 4 speed adds $$. Otherwise as someone already said, it used to be a 340.
Does it have all the trim and is it in good condition? The more complete it is, the better.
