Whats it worth - 70 340 Swinger Basket Case

Ok.... I'm not asking anyone to buy the thing.

Lets try this... He's going to he happy if he gets $5000 for the car.

Working backwards if this car was complete and in great shape I figure that the most it would be worth being a non matching numbers car would be $20k... Am I high/low?

We figure this thing is going to need $10 to $15k to complete... paint, parts, rebuild, etc.

Does all that sound reasonable?

What it could be worth completely restored is irrelevant. Working backwards from a BJ price is never going to work. Finding somebody with the vision and gumption to make it so is the problem.

A non-running basket case in my neighborhood might go for as much as $2k or as little as just over scrap value.
