I twist a q-tip and dab the lettering and outlines. You can remove the barracuda script on the glove box with a soldering iron the pins are thin so don't over do it. The fish you have to tape and it is a Beeach. Blue 1/8" fine line tape is your friend!
Did you crack one of the lens? The crack will shine through like a sore thumb when lit. If you did - replace it.
Dash: The chrome on the letters is pretty tricky. I done it by hand with a small paint brush I use on model cars. I just sprayed some chrome paint in a jar and painted it straight on. A shot or three of scotch seems to help keep the nerves calm :)
