umm....so does the state of Penn. tax home owners if they have a tag sale in thier own yard? Seems a bit weird to me, sense most vendors are probably selling old used parts, they had in their garages. I can see vendors of brand new reproduction parts being taxed, sense it's a legit business and their a dealer, but used parts? really ??
