No way, trust me on this. I wrangled it out of the car myself, almost broke my friggin' back. I can easily pick up a bucket with one hand and the Jeep seats seem slightly lighter than the A100s.
What does a bucket seat track/bracket weigh, a few pounds each? If I ditch the slider, it's less and if I get the A100 brackets,(aluminum) it's minimal, like a pound or two each side.
That bench seat is literally 100lbs of dead weight. If you read that Hot Rod article, Magnante claims a weight savings of almost 70lbs. I'd gain half back with another seat but you get the idea.
