FABO representing on Grand.

-
I will be there this afternoon. Right around 4 I am hoping. I will have my 5 year old in tow...part of the deal with my wife.

I just need to lash my valves on my lunch break and then head to McDonalds. See you guys there.

Well I am out. I screwed up.... It is my first born Daughters 19th Birthday today. I am clear from next weekend on though. I have to stay around town today. Going out to Dinner etc.

Look like it's gonna be a small turnout. I'm gonna wait until we have a large group.

Yeah that will score points!

Alright! Time to fire up this thread once again. Mopar night is the 28th of June. Dust off your rides and come on out and represent! I hope this is enough notice for some new folks to come on out.

I will be trying to get there early enough for street parking this time. If not, I will be on my normal parking area on the north side of Grand on Kalmia across from Vinz wine bar. I think a strong FABO showing would be a great addition to some of the great cars from the Mopar Club of San Diego.

The Cuda and I will be there. What time are you arriving?

I am trying for around 4-4:30. Perhaps FABO folks want to rally at the McDonalds on 1050 W. Valley Parkway in Escondido and roll in from there...that idea had been tabled previously.

Well I just got called in for overtime so Im out. Bummer I was looking forward to meeting you guys...

I'm sending the check to pull my dart out of non-op on tuesday and I need to change out the rear trans seal. I'll be at cruisin' grand in a week or two...or three.

I think I am going up tomorrow if anyone is interested. Hoping for street parking and cleaning up the car tonight.

So this was one of the first times I did NOT post about going up to Grand and I met a couple folks, had some great conversation, ran into some usual suspects, and saw some great cars.

There was a well done 67 with an Alterktion, BB, Hallibrand wheels, and Ferrari Red paint that really popped.

There was a Pro-Street 68 that I have seen a couple of times that is a well executed car.

I met Tom who is a member, and we talked Barracudas, swapped some photos and he is a great guy. He has a nice 69 that he is in the process of doing some really cool stuff with. I will let him share photos and what his plans are if he wants, but I am a little jealous.

I think I ran into a member (arh) in traffic. I tried to flag him down and get him to Kalmia for a photo shoot with his white 340 Barracuda convertible with stripes and 'cuda scoops and blackout treatment on the rear panel. White with a white interior IIRC. Nice car.

ABCuda was up there with his early A Barracuda 4 speed. That car sounds so awesome and there is something about that huge glass window that is just plain cool. He has had that car for some time, and done some minor tweaks to it.

Enough talk more pics:
