What color paint should I use for box ? Want it to look close, not stick out. Thanks for any help Rick
 
I use satin black for all those under dash boxes and vents.
Looks nice.

Since its mostly plastic or fiberglass, I use SEMS landau black. The psint seems to stick good and look good on just about everything in these cars.
 
I used a method I saw in Mopar Magazine...

I sand blasted the housing (I have access to a cabinet at work), using VERY light pressure. I then sprayed a light coat of semi gloss clear coat over it. Looks Fantastic! If you don't have access to a blaster, you could always lightly scuff/sand the housing instead.
