1998 Dodge Stratus Se 80,000 miles

Like the title says, it has had a recent 4 wheel brake job, passed right through inspection for me about 6 months ago or so, also went right through emissions, tires are fairly new, only bad is the clear coat is chipping on hood, roof and trunk,this was my grandmothers car, I would like $3200 or trade for a small truck or suv. Located in Maryland.
