Who else wants their old toys back?

My Dad sold "my" favorite toy. After WWII, there were endless (lies) ads for surplus gear, "hydraulic pumps," "motors." They didn't tell you in "very big print" that these were 400 HZ AC or 28V DC. Anyhow, my Gramps bought a top mount training gun turret, which my cousins and I used to "shoot down" thousands of enemy planes.

Since I don't know who bought it or where it ended up, this could be that very turret. It is the same model. Ours was in a shed for many many years, and even when Dad sold it, the bubble was in good condition--had not been out in the sun for too long
