Chrome is in nice condition 8 out of 10 being new . The the face is in excelent condition The needles are bright red. Look at the condition of the wires, they are still coiled as they were when they left the factory. The wires are not discolored, and are not bent or scratched. The wire ends appear to be in factory condition. The ring terminals show no evidence of having been screwed down. A very nice vintage gauge
