64 Dart Front Bench Seat and Under Dash Wiring Harness

I'm needing a front bench seat and a under dash wiring harness for a 1964 Dart 270. I need to be able to get the bench seat as close to southeast Kansas as possible, and the wiring harness needs to be as cheap as possible.
