chiropractor,yes or no ?

NO---- I was having similar pains, which eventually led to constant pain in my neck, shoulder, and left arm... Went to see my PCP and they sent me for an MRI. Turns out I have Degenerative Disc Disease, with bone spurs in my C5 & C6 areas. Well back in 2007 they could only fuse my neck, didn't do that, but this fall they are doing a disc replacement, which keeps the mobility -- Talked to 3 Neurosurgeons and they all said that a Chiropractor would actually do more harm than good do to the bone spurs which can only be seen on an MRI... they are hidden on an X-ray and most Chiropractors only do X-rays.

If you have had this for years you may want to talk to your doc about an MRI of the neck to find the root cause of it prior to jumping into a chiropractor adjustment.

just a though... Good luck with it
