It means exactly what it says.
They are not as good as the Harland Sharp rockers with the needle bearing fulcrum.
I'm sorry.......they aren't.
They aren't T&D's.
They aren't PRW's.
They are pretty good for what they are......a decent set up for anything up to a small roller in a street / strip application.
They are on par with the bushed Sharps and the Comps for sure.
Which are also pretty good for what they are.
I have the needle bearing Harland Sharps on one motor and T&D's on my W-9's and I didn't buy either on a lark. I did some homework and bought more than I needed for the 340 and the best for the 405.
If you get into elevated rpm's and higher spring loads , there are some parts that become marginal.
