Joe, thanks for the info. I am going to try juicing for a while and see how that works. If I don't like it, I'll do something else. But one of the main things I am doing is spending at least an hour a day working out. I will be starting out slower because of my back, but as soon as the doctor says I can start lifting weights and getting even more active, I will.

yea don't kill yourself at the gym right away. take it slow and get into it. people think you have to go nuts there. thats just not true. as you get in better shape you'll naturally be able to do more. listen to your body.
