Help me pick a carb!`

Ok, here we go. Please help me decide between these carbs listed below. Please refrain from offering any other models/types if you can. I'd like to stick to this list below!

Background: Sold my 625cfm Street Demon which was a GREAT carb. Ran great on my stock low compression late 70's truck 360. Ran great on my new hot 360 too, but lean. New 360 is as described below:

360 stock bottom end
-Stock heads w/ 2.02/1.60's in 'em
-About 9.2:1 compression (est)
-Hughes Whiplash cam 223/236 @ .050 and .512/.518 lift
- Eddy Air-Gap intake
- 727 built w/ rev man valve body and TCI 3500 Streetfighter TC
- 8 3/4 w/ 3.23 Sure-Grip and 275/50 Drag Radials

Carbs to pick from...trying to stay in the $300-400 range!

- 750cfm Street Demon (loved my 625 so much, I'm REALLY leaning toward the 750 version of the same carb, plug n play, no muckin' around with my fuel line etc etc) But it's most expensive at $369

- Summit Racing 750cfm vac sec (cheap at $269 and comes w/ fuel line)

- Quick Fuel "Slayer" 750cfm vac sec (good price at $299 but would need to buy fuel line)

- Holley 3310...old stand by. Through it in the mix cause it's priced close and proven design but its probably at the back of the pack currently in my mind.

Let the games begin...

Again, would like to stick to this list....but if you've got something valuable to add to the list (diff make/model) then by all means....chime in!
