What if the buyer pays with Paypal and files a report to them item not received? Without tracking you are out the money. No questions asked. usps no tracking

If you do not provide tracking the buyer gets there money back. Unless it is a money transfer to a friend through paypal . How many would transfer money to the US with no receipt of purchase.

This number can be "tracked" just like a UPS or FedEx tracking number from the USPS website.
