Since the boxes are apparently "always" opened (by rumor), I thought I'd arouse suspicion if I didn't list out everything in the box like it says on the form. I even count the business cards LOL! Thanks for the extra info cannucky.

When my motor came up I hired a customs broker to handle the paperwork for me and she explained how it works , after I had paid for her services of course lol but Brian filled out the declaration form and I saved the duty ,which was about what she had charged me in the first place but my motor sailed through customs on the truck that brought it up without any holdup . In my experience they open very few packages but who knows how many they scan with the xray machine .
