wanting what you have
I found my dream car and it has all the options I would have chosen from new. My friends see it as a money pit (it is) and a rust bucket, but I know what it's gonna look like when done! And that's what keeps me going on it. Ever since my dad sold his 1970 Hemi Orange 340 Swinger when I was about 8 I've been searching for one ever since and about 17yrs later I found one. My cousin actually found it online for sale but told me about it a year before when the previous owner wouldn't sell it. My dads was an original tan interior auto car (he changed it to black when he restored it) and I wanted a black interior four speed car and the one I got is exactly what I wanted! It will be a few years before its done, but I enjoy every minute of working on it.
