You bring the title or copy to the border 72 hours before the car can come across. Make sure the title is clean / not stolen car and no liens. Thats what they will be checking anyways .When the car comes across u will pay 5 % tax tell them it does not hav a/c when they ask . And if u plan on ever resto the car u will pay 8% tax at the ministry .
