There are two ways to list the lift of a cam. Lobe lift and Valve lift (gross lift).

The lobe lift is how much lift the lobe of the cam has. Take that and multiply it by your rocker arm ratio to get the valve lift.

So in this case, you take the .4167" and multiply it by the stock rocker arm ratio of 1.5:

.4167 * 1.5 = .62505" or .625" lift at the valve.

If you used a 1.7 rocker arm ratio it would be:

.4167 * 1.7 = .708"
