Yes, it is the original engine. "301" intake casting, 4401s AVS, the special A body baffled oil pan, and special exhaust manifolds. I was not the original owner, but maybe second owner. I pulled the motor and put in a "throw together" motor 30 years ago to use as a daily driver. All A body 383's should be HP. The engine code was H not G.
