I tried loosening the bolt that holds the leaf spring on and apply moly grease between the bushings and flipped bracket and it didn't help.
Ended up taking it all apart and lubing everything I could including the bolt shaft and it worked. Life is good again.

I have caps but think I like it as is.
Once caps are put on they chip the paint and there's no turning back.
