360-2.02 valves Fit a 318 block with no clearance issues?

cc the heads and see the difference.

I ran a 318 with 10.5 pistons and 318 heads. Too much compression and it would overheat over 80° outside. I swapped a set of 360 heads with 6 more cc's and the compression was down to 9.2 and I was able to run cheap gas in it. That was with old 70's vintage parts, I'm not sure what your 80's vintage parts will do. Measure them and see.

My point is that for $300 set of 10.5 pistons may be able to allow you to use the larger port head with a 2.02" intake valve in it.

Or you could put the 2.02" valves in the 318 head and open up the ports a bit.
