I know many of us are diehard Mopar or no car people ......but most of us are love with cars in general......I am as diehard Mopar as they come, I have one for a daily driver and I live mopar.

However there has always been one non-mopar car that has always caught my attention since I was very young .....I have had thoughts over the years to acquire one but I don't really want to stock parts and learn another car when I specialize in A-bodies now.

so what is that one car that has always caught your attention and given you temptations to get one

for me its a Saab 96 ...I have always been captivated by these Swedish meatballs since I first saw one.....I will probably never get one considering their rarity in middle America but I still like to see them :D

Probably the 1978 Bandit Edition Trans Am. Handles great, decent power and available with a FOUR SPEED.

This is a really cool car as far as I am concerned even if it is a VW

One of my favorite non-mopars is a Faux-par (lol) The rebadged mitsu truck known as the D50.

1st Gen D50's are the ones I like the most, especially with the rare optional Turbo Diesel engine (which mine had once upon a time) and the '83/84 Sport optioned Quad Headlight Grille (85/86 had a different quad headlight grille)

Mine (well, the only thing Mitsu about it any more, happens to be some of the sheet metal, lol) was once one of those Power-Ram 50 Sport optioned trucks, with every option from Power Steering to A/C, including the "Gauge Pack" Center Console & Tach, Cargo Light, Bucket Seats (Rare option), Sport Steering Wheel, 4-speed variable delay wipers, etc

She's fugly as sin, nobody makes body parts for them anymore, rust free used parts no longer exist. Not to mention, everyone asks me if I put a 350 in it :banghead:

I frequent a few MOPAR websites, and have owned my 65 Barracuda for over 10 years but I'm originally a Ford guy. 66 Mustangs have always been my other cars outside of MOPAR. I have a few MOPAR parts on the Mustang and a few Ford parts on the Barracuda.

Same car, but I've been rebuilding it, again.

Gotta go with the '72. That's the year they had everything worked out right, just before they started getting heavy.

There's a lot of cars I'd love to have but if I had to pick one it would be the Chaparral 2e. If I won some super lotto or married a dentist I could gèt a continuation version -> http://www.chaparralcars.com/2e.php

This was years ahead of everyone else.
