If its a 2wd the trans will need a little extra space to fit I. The cars trans tunnel. Nothing you can't handle. It's a 904 variant. This will mean a shorter driveshaft a local place can do the work.
Scrap the FI system. There's no performance enhancement worthy of that system. Better off installing an electric fuel pump and run a car on top of the proper intake.
I don't know of those exhaust manifolds will work for you.
Summit has inexpensive headers and a true dual exhaust system that win work great. I used this set up once on a '74 Duster. Great fit, minor pipe cutting at the bumper.
