Lost build sheet GTS convert LS27P9B339991

Looking for build sheet or information on previous owners. 69 Dart GTS 340 automatic on the column ,convertible bronze with white top and bench seat. May have been drag raced. There is a West Virginia police fraternal order of police sticker on drivers side 1/4 window and a Coors racing team sticker on passenger 1/4 window.
